Margaret Jane Radin is the University of Michigan Henry King Ransom Professor of Law Emerita. She taught courses about contracts and patents and international intellectual property. Her award winning book, “Boilerplate: The Fine Print, Vanishing Rights and the Rule of Law”explores the problems posed for the legal system by fine print contracts.
“We’re back to indentured servitude status. The fine print is stripping consumers and employees of core legal rights, especially their right to their day in court the Constitution says we have.” Margaret Jane Radin, author of “Boilerplate: the Fine Print, Vanishing Rights and the Rule of Law”
Russell Kendzior is the President of Traction Experts, Inc.(http://tractionexperts.com/) and founder of the National Floor Safety Institute. Mr. Kendzior is internationally recognized as the leading expert in slip and fall accident prevention and has been retained in over four hundred such lawsuits. He has a new book out, chronicling that testimony entitled Floored! Real Life Stories From a Slip and Fall Expert Witness.
“The smallest piece of the trip and fall pie is fraud. Fraud represents only 3% to 5% of the claims… Faking it is actually very, very rare… The media will oftentimes portray all victims of falls as being fraudsters and really plays down the legitimacy of what is really the nation’s leading health and safety problem.” Russell Kendzior, author of “Floored! Real Life Stories From a Slip and Fall Expert Witness”

TIME and THERAPY to LEARN “Watch

any Research and Tips to Look 4.
Fall’s Aren’t Funny! The CPSC has opened the public comment period for the NFSI’s call to require flooring manufacturers to uniformly test and label their products slip resistance. Show your support by submitting a comment at: https://www.regulations.gov/docket?D=CPSC-2018-0014
I really appreciate your show. When I heard of this title on kpfa I almost changed the channel because I didn’t think this topic was relevant to me. I was so wrong! This topic covered contracts and how they are often used against the average person. Student loans, banks, etc. I didn’t want to get out of my car in fear of missing this important conversation. Thank you
