Carl T. Bogus is a Professor of Law at Roger Williams University Law School. He has written extensively about political ideology, torts and products liability, and also gun control and the Second Amendment. But, at the moment, he is at work on a long-term project challenging the current paradigm in antitrust law. His first article in that project – “The New Road to Serfdom: The Curse of Bigness and the Failure of Antitrust” – has been published by the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform.
Kenneth R. Harney writes an award-winning, nationally syndicated column on real estate—”The Nation’s Housing“—for The Washington Post Writers Group. The weekly column currently appears in approximately 90 newspapers across the United States.
