What a powerful presentation by these two physicians. I am grateful their organization has been brought to our attention on this program and I will surely follow up with them on their website. I agree that our focus should be on our politicians. They don’t represent us. We need to let them know that this is unacceptable. We should do everything we can, beginning now, to let them know that we will not support a genocide, and that includes withholding our votes from the enablers, whatever side of the monopolistic duopoly they are on. We can start by writing to the 5 Democratic senators who smilingly posed with Netanyahu on his last visit to Washington, take AIPAC money and consistently vote to fund the genocide. (I agree with Dr. Jboor about the importance of using this word). Those senators, for those who haven’t seen the photo, are: Schumer, Booker, Klobucher, Levin and Schiff. Booker even had his picture taken in his office with the other Israeli official wanted for war crimes by the international court, Yoav Gallant. Both these photos are available on the internet. As a final comment, I have a mild complaint— I wish Ralph, whom I consider a role model, hadn’t talked over Dr. Jboor quite so much.

I meant to add one thing, an update of information that was included in the program. AOC is now using the word “genocide” in her communications. I received an email from her yesterday that goes out to thousands captioned, “Stop the Genocide Now.” That phrase was repeated in the text of the email. Keeping the pressure up is important.

EXODUS 21:22-25

“When men strive together and hit a pregnant woman, so that her children come out, but there is no harm, the one who hit her shall surely be fined, as the woman's husband shall impose on him, and he shall pay as the judges determine.

But if there is harm, then you shall pay life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe

for stripe.

PROVERBS 17:15

He who justifies the wicked and he who condemns the righteous are both alike an abomination to the Lord.

DEUTERONOMY 27:25

“Cursed be anyone who takes a bribe to shed innocent blood.’

And all the people shall say, ‘Amen.’ "

Both Israelis and Hamas (and Palestinians) want the same thing: from the river to the sea, [fill in blank] is free.

Neither side wants a two-state solution. That is just political malarky for the rest of the world until one side can get enough support to eradicate the other side.

Hmmm, cutting down trees to build a library - "bringing nature indoors", but why not build the library around the trees , esp a memorial tree!

I get the point about a table being better than a pile of sawdust - but i think that is a false choice - indeed, it creates a niche market, and the fellow is a craftsman, but I think that I will never see a table lovely as a tree ....

Sorry, but i cannot think of any good reasons for cutting down a perfectly healthy tree - "that does in summer wear a nest of robins in its hair, .... that looks at God all day and lifts it's leafy arms to pray .....

I am sure he makes a nice living out of this - the problem for me is it just seems to make it easier to cut down trees ....

Marcus is so right, we have to take our children out into nature, camping, the ocean, the mountains, and help them develop a relationship with nature.

It’s easy for you to say that while hiding behind an alias. But I wonder, how do you manage to sleep at night?
