Trump’s use of tort law is less like justice and more like extortion. Trump has used law suits to the destruction of many businesses and livelihoods. It seems to me tort law needs to be reviewed to prevent its misuse, especially when used for political purposes.
Thank you for protecting freedom of speech and access to information without a pay wall. Poor people vote and call politicians too! 👍 I have a $24k /year earnings cap. Federal Government takes excess. That policy promotes poverty or illegal work.
Since Japan buys and owns over a trillion dollars of our debt and we have to pay them over 40 billions a year in interest, payments , shouldn't there be a tort law to protect the American taxpayers self interest ?
On average that's over $4000 a year supporting a family of 4 in Japan .
I bet there are a lot of families in America that could use that $4000 this year . But that's not important or a concern to those running our country.
What the trump money team likes to focus on is tariff's so we can pile up even more debt and give Japan families even more money.. guess what country is next in line for the big American drbt interest Doe Ray Me payout , ? China .. don't you love it when China gets to use our tax payer money and debt to pay for the Tariffs we put on them .
Tort law ? I guess you don't even need one of those fancy MBA's from one of those fancy eastern elite business colleges to know you are getting screwed over by Trump and his money team . good luck America have a great day my friends
Page 179 of Marbury v Madison 5 US 137 (1803) asks what is forbidden? Then Chief Justice Marshall assumed what he was trying to prove and that is not an implied power.
Answer? Judicial Review is an implied power if and only if it is an element of the equivalence class defined by the US Constitution: Reflexive, symmetric, and transitive.
Very few SCOTUS opinions are symmetric with respect to the US Constitution.
As a result, SCOTUS had replaced 'rule of law' with 'rule of case law' and now 'rule of law schools.'
John Robert, who is Chief of Incompetence at the US Supreme Star Chamber, has seemingly pledged homage and fealty to ensure that a government of the Bar, by the Bar, and for the Bar shall not perish from the face of the earth.
I don't understand how the guest panel will solve anything. It is like drowning people teaching others how to swim.
