After I got off this Tort Law Day presentation, my closest friend (who couldn't attend) asked me for a takeaway from the session. So I told him and his daughters about the sexual assault by the massage therapist and how in order for the customer to make a complaint about it, she had to download the org's app. But by downloading the app she automatically voided any right to arbitration!
I may not have gotten all that exactly right and I'm leaving out the "tort" part of the story but they said this video will be on the Tort Museum's site.
Anyway, thanks a million for another free learning experience about how sick our society is.
